More often than not, when people come into Future Hyundai of Concord, they tell us they're looking to upgrade to a car that's easier on their gas budget, and easier on the environment. There are quite a few new Hyundai models that boast impressive MPGs, including the 30-mpg Hyundai Accent, and the 29-mpg Hyundai Elantra. And, there's another car you'll find here that's been recognized for the last seven years for its fuel-efficiency.

That's right, it's the Hyundai Sonata. For the seventh consecutive year, the American Council for an Energy Efficient Economy (ACEEE) has placed the Sonata on their "Greener Choices" list. The list is a compilation of the most fuel-efficient vehicles in each class, from compacts all the way to pickups and SUVs.

That means, some of the vehicles on the list are hybrids, some are not. The Sonata being recognized by ACEEE is not a hybrid, but Sonata Product Manager, John Shon, says, "Sonata's acknowledgment as a leader in fuel efficiency for the seventh year in a row only strengthens our commitment to delivering sustainable solutions for customers." He goes on to point out that the Sonata also stands out for its class-leading interior space, and at 28-mpg, leads the large car segment for fuel efficiency.

So, how about it? Are you ready to start saving money at the gas pump while you shrink your carbon footprint? Contact Future Hyundai Concord to chat with a member of our team and arrange a test drive of the award-winning Sonata. Or, stop by and see us during our regular business hours at 1051 Burnett Ave Concord, CA 94520.
