The 2016 Hyundai Tucson is a sporty and dynamic crossover SUV that has brought in several awards over the last few months. Drivers love the sleek style, well-made and comfortable interior, and advanced interior features. Mike O’Brien, vice president, corporate and product planning, Hyundai Motor America, had this to say about the honor:

Strategic Vision is a San Diego-based research company that surveys driver satisfaction and loyalty. The Most Loved index is brand-new this year and is based on Strategic Vision’s quantitative, annual National Vehicle Experience study. More than 44,000 owners provided answers to the survey, which asks questions asking what is make or break in the new-car buying experience. Factors assessed include overall experience, loyalty, intention, advocacy, vehicle attributes, emotional delivery, and overall value. Factors also include emotional aspects that single out what drivers loved about their car buying experience. Alexander Edwards, president, Strategic Vision, had this to say:
