The Brand Keys 2015 survey takes into consideration more than 40,128 responses from brand customers. The survey asked emotionally based and rationally-based questions to determine what drives brand loyalty and customer engagement, which will then determine how well a brand exceeded customer expectations. Robert Passikoff, president, Brand Keys, had this to say about HMA and its devotion to its drivers:
"Receiving the No. 1 spot for the sixth year in a row is testament to Hyundai’s relentless dedication to its customers. The company’s ability to formulate change from customer feedback shows how well it is listening to consumers, putting Hyundai at the top of our list in the automotive category"
