If you tuned in for Super Bowl 50, then you likely saw at least one of Hyundai's ad spots. The official automotive sponsor of the NFL stepped up its game last Sunday with four commercials and even sponsored an interactive theme park known to the public as the NFL Experience Driven by Hyundai. The theme park was hosted during Super Bowl week to celebrate the sport's history with youth football clinics, free autograph sessions with NFL players, interactive games, and so much more.
All of Hyundai's efforts certainly paid off as three of four of its advertisements ranked in the 28th annual USA TODAY Ad Meter. Hyundai's win with "First Date" is an impressive one for a number of reasons, but the main being that it marks a moment in history as Hyundai became the first automotive company to win the Ad Meter.
