The Eco trim will be equipped with a new fuel-efficient turbocharged powertrain, advanced safety features, and user-friendly tech that drivers are sure to love and should arrive at dealerships later this month. The 2017 Hyundai Elantra Eco is powered by an all-new 1.4-liter turbocharged GDI four-cylinder engine that produces 128 horsepower and 156 lb-ft of torque. It comes paired to a new seven-speed EcoShift dual-clutch transmission and front-wheel drive. This impressive and fuel-efficient engine that could result in an average annual fuel cost of less than $1,000! Drivers will also love the advanced tech and safety features such as blind spot detection, rear cross-traffic alert, lane change assist, 7.0-inch touchscreen with a rearview camera, smartphone app integration, app-based navigation, and more!
