Families love the spacious 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe XL

790 × 583
The five-passenger Hyundai Santa Fe Sport was renamed the Hyundai Santa Fe for the 2019 model year, but if you're worried about the former Hyundai Santa Fe and its three-row seating, rest assured it hasn't gone anywhere. At our Concord CA dealership, this seven-passenger model is now called the Hyundai Santa Fe XL, and it's a good fit for Walnut Creek shoppers and families who need space, style, and a well-equipped option.

The 2019 Santa Fe XL is available in two trims (SE and Limited Ultimate), and both have a 3.3L GDI engine that produces 290 horsepower. It's one of the most confident in its class, and you'll enjoy the smooth ride. Like most midsize crossovers, the Santa Fe XL can tow up to 5,000 pounds, when properly equipped.

The Hyundai Santa Fe XL SE trim has standard 7-passenger seating, but if you want a captain's chair in the second row for either style or easy backrow access, the Limited Ultimate has 6-passenger seating. With all seats up, the Santa Fe XL has 13.5 cubic feet. If you only need the third-row for occasional uses, fold it flat for 40.9 cubic feet of space. If you're helping a friend move from Richmond CA to bustling Berkeley, the entire back of the Santa Fe XL offers 90 cubic feet of space.

Smartphone-Savvy Technology

All Santa FE XL trims come with a touchscreen and standard Apple CarPlay™/Android Auto™. The SE's screen in 7-inches and the Limited Ultimate is an inch larger.
