Took to my old mechanic,'result;confirmed the washer nozzle sprayer hose is damaged. Found thehose was rubbing against the frame where the hose replacement.Replaced and rerouted the hose with a longer 2 feet in order to avoid the area of the frame it was rubbingag against. These guys are scammers and my wife and I are filing cases against them. We went to get my daughter a car and they showed us a price and then the paperwork we signed was more than the agreed price. They said it will be the price and payment when we put the down payment down. They lied and it was not the payment. We said we wanted our down payment back and they refused. Will Amiri general manager is just abusive, pressure sales no customer service. Stay away is my advice it's terrible.
Terrible, aggressive, evasive sales manager. We walked out feeling disrespected and that our time was wasted. I would not give them my business even if they offered me a great deal (he refused to provide me a quote for a monthly lease payment, so that didn’t even come close to happening. Avoid this place if you want a calm, no xx experience.

This place will treat you horribly. They have a reputation for damaging cars during repair and not disclosing it, hoping you drive off the lot and can then blame it on you. New ownership is a joke and will not take any ownership for anything, they will tell you to kick rocks, which sucks because they used to be excellent and are riding on the coat tails of the owners that actually cared about service.

My spouse and I bought a new car from this dealership in 2018. When we purchased the car, we were also sold a 5 year maintenance plan that would cover all of the services for those 5 years from major routine service down to simple oil changes.
The first time we went to get a service done they instead of using the service plan we had and were paying for, they charged us over $300. We confronted them and they said they would have finance correct it.

The service department is untrustworthy, they try to sell you services that arent needed and Maribel is very very unprofessional and rude. She talked over me, refused to listen to me and tried to push me into having grossly overpriced work done there so she can get her commision. Save yourself and do not go to this place. Purchased a new vehicle with extra options (like window tint and third party warranty) and decided that I didn’t want the cars extra options within less than 24 hours later.
Finance guy indicated the refund will happen almost right away, but it’s been almost 9 weeks and they haven’t returned the money. It felt like a pushy finance manager adding endless options to take your money and not refunding it once you decide the option was not needed.

I came in for some service when my leased vehicle was having engine trouble while on a road trip passing thru town. I was helped by Dominic, who is an absolute super star. Dominic was able to diagnose the issue and get it resolved in no time. He also identified a minor recall on my vehicle and got it fixed while I was there. Dominic single-handledly saved my roadtrip and earned this dealership a top-notch rating. Oh, and my car got washed. If you come in for service, go find Dominic.
There are lots of dealers in the Bay Area so there is really no reason at all to deal with this one. For a large purchase it's worth it to go a little further to get an infinitely better experience.
The dealership itself is dirty and the bathrooms are absolutely disgusting. If that doesn't turn you off, the service sure will. If you want communication with the service department, think again! When you come in for a VERY SPECIFIC fix and you get the car home to find out they did something COMPLETELY DIFFERENT. Then you get the run around and a TON of excuses as to why you got what you have. If they had just explained from the beginning that this is your problem and that we would like to do this (move something) because it is the standard. I might have been OK with that. That is called COMMUNICATION!!!!! Talking in circles and telling stories is not!
I was very pleased with the financing aspect of the transaction. Dealing with salesmen is never a picnic but he was nice and courteous which made the process not too overbearing. I didn’t receive an item I had asked for as a condition of the sale and when I brought the vehicle directly home to show my family there was a ding on the back bumper.
It was a very pleasurable experience buying our car. The salesman was very helpful, no one was pushy, signing the papers went quickly. It was our second time buying a car here, and we would do it again in the future.
Look at "what I would like Hyundai to know". I have nothing else to say. Sorry if this isn't long enough for you. Making me write a longer review is the only black mark I would give you!!
Overall review was that it was a positive experience. The car didn't have the functioning floor mats and the wrong color was provided as a stop gap. No one ever followed up to make sure that the issue was resolved and I had to be the one that persuaded another salesperson to rectify.
I thought the dealers and sales associates were friendly and they were aggressive, which was a plus. Thy made the process simple and easy and I walked out with a great car for a great price.
Communicate with the sales staff over email for over 2 weeks, finalized the pricing and features before making a trip to the shop. Communications were in a timely manner, which was great.
I had a good experience purchasing my car through your dealership. I give your dealership a good review overall. If I decide to purchase another Hyundai in the future I would purchase from your dealership again.

Everyone at the dealership could not have been nicer, more accommodating, and more than fare. They gave me all that my older car could get, which was not all that much, but understandable. I got just what I wanted when I went to Future Hyundai of Concord. The car is the size, condition and color I wanted, with all the bell and whistles I wanted and none that I didn't want or need.
This was the most I have ever enjoyed visiting a car dealership. Usually I am apprehensive about talking with salespeople. At future Hyundai, Bert put my husband and I at ease. He spent a lot of time with us showing us the vehicles and explaining the different options svsilable. He easy to talk to, never rushed us and I was totaling at ease. I am totaling loving my new Hyundai Santa Fe Sport. Clarrisa, the finance person was also great about explaining the different financing options and answering questions.
Had a short time close the deal but finally sales associate made it easy to close the deal.iam happy 😊 Finally.surely will recommend this place.i expect the same for other services too

Everything went swimmingly, understood what I was looking for and introduced the perfect car. staff wasnt too pushy, stayed professional throughout the negotiation, and process was quick and painless. Should probably have the spare keys found/made for all your cars, it is a necessity and simply considerate of your customers so they do not have to make a separate appointent to wait for you to make one. I was quickly repaired before the estimated time to complete service. My advisor keep me posted as to where we were in the process. The advisor would be a reason I would continue to have my car serviced at Future.

There was no problem buying this car... loved it for the first 2 weeks until the hybrid system broke down. Future Hyundai called, after almost 2 weeks to say "part we were waiting for came in, we installed it, test drove it, and it's ready to pick up". I have been looking for a BMW for months when I finally saw it on car guru. In summary they listed the car I wanted in multiple sites on the web etc. for a great price. I spoke with my sales person several times making sure the car was still available etc. he then looked it over for and said it was perfect.

After reading about the Ioniq in the financial news, I spent 2 months learning all about the car (and the Prius) before stepping out to purchase one. Needless to say, the Ioniq was new and many of the dealerships didn't really know much, but I fully expected this. I was skeptical because of my past experience, however this visit was much better than the last. For that reason I bought another car from this dealership
The dealer met all expectations and delivered the vehicle of our choice. The salesperson was friendly and acted professionally. The salesperson followed up with emails after the sales ensure everything was working properly.
The sales and finance managers did a terrific job with my new vehicle. I fully recommend them to all my friends and relatives. Sal and Arthur were very friendly and made the experience very easy.
I enjoyed the sales experience at Future Hyundai, believe it or not. They were friendly, professional, took me seriously, and were able to answer my questions. I had done my homework and knew what I wanted to pay and what I wanted on the car and luckily, they had one in stock. They honored a competitor's True Car quote, at least they came closer than some others, and were very nice to deal with. I would definitely buy a car from them again.

The service personnel lied to me. Told me Costco gas was not Top Tier and sold me $300 of extra service to clean my engine. IS NOT TRUE! According to Hyundai, no extra service is needed.

We returned to dealership because we bought our last Hyundai there. Both experiences with the sales personal were great. Our sale man continually asked if we needed something. Our 5 year old grandson was with us and ou salesman was great with him. He apologized for the wait and stayed with us.

I love Hyundai cars, great features are standard on certain models and great reliability. My primary Uber car is a Sonata LE Hybrid and many riders love the looks, the feel of leather seats, and the quiet smooth acceleration provided by a hybrid. The lifetime warranty on the hybrid batteries is great. To repeat my previous positive remarks : All the staff from Allen Kessler, Product Specialist, to all the financial staff treated me kindly and courteously. Particularly Allen, who not only was very helpful in selecting the most appropriate model for my needs,but was very solicitous of my bad hip. I needed a walking stick at that time and a few days later i had a Total Hip Replacement. I am very much looking forward to driving my Hyundai again soon. we worked with Buck for a month while deciding what car we wanted and the right price. we were in esgrow for our house and could not touch our credit for a few weeks, and not once did Buck put us off or treat us like we werent going to buy a car from him. He stayed in constant contact via email. He followed through with everything he promised, and we will gladly refer him to friends and family in search of a hyundai.
Facilities were unkept including bathrooms and overflowing garbage can at the waiting room. I did get a good price and financing after hours of negotiations. Overall an acceptable experience but will not go back for service.
When I bought my Tucson, on August 18th, it only came with one key. I picked up the second key on August 29th to be programmed. Maribelle, Chris, Al? and Rocky, were all VERY nice and professional! It was a good first experience in the service department.
